The CNC Premier profile surface grinder brings CNC profile grinding to a toolroom-size machine. It is meant for shops that grind punch forms, guide strips, small radii and stepped inserts, and that want the controller, not the operator's hand, to hold the profile.
The machine combines the compact Premier footprint with Prayosha's CNC package. That includes four grinding modes (surface, criss-cross, plunge and profile), two dressing modes (table-type single-tip and profile dressing) and automatic wheel compensation after each dress.
Premier table sizes
The hydraulic Premier range covers tables from 200 × 450 mm to 300 × 1000 mm. Prayosha states that all table sizes can be supplied in CNC. Confirm the exact CNC table and travels for your application when you enquire.
